Magnolia Blossom

Look at this magnolia blossom!!  It's about 6 inches in diameter and the most lovely creamy white color.  I love my tree, the shade it provides, and these beautiful, fragrant blossoms. It's one of the pleasures of living in the south.

That is a beautiful picture! You are so lucky to have such a lovely tree in your yard--I'd love to look out on something like that! It would (almost) make up for the humidity. ;)

Beautiful flower! I love these trees! My parents have a gorgeous (and huge) one in their yard and all the while it's blooming, my dad goes out, picks a blossom and serves it to my mom in bed with her coffee. She's a late riser and he's an early riser. 70+ years old and still romantic.....

That is a beautiful picture. I could almost smell the beautiful fragrance. We used to have a magnolia tree in our yard when we first bought this house, but it was growing too close so we had to take it out. I was sad because the flowers and scent were wonderful!
