Fabric Out....Fur In

I'm really, really, really trying to use up OLD (really, really old) fabric.  I unloaded the blue fabric from the bookcase and started cutting it up in strips to make a locker hooker rug.  Three rounds on the rug and my right hand is crippled for life...  mmmmm... got to think of another way to use the fabric.  Maybe I should just put it in a bag and deliver to a charity.  Nonetheless, fabric out.... and ORANGE FUR IN!!  Gotta love Cassanova!!

What's a locker hooker rug? All I can think of is braided rugs. i've done that before. Uses up fabric, that's for sure! lol! Good luck using up the fabric! Yay for cat fur! lol!

Oh so you've gone to hooking now have you?? And found it's a bit crippling?? Darn I hate it when that happens. Just let Cass have the shelf for sure!

I've had the same thing happen to my hand! I hooked my one and only rug in my life a few years ago, and I think I almost got carpel tunnel from it!
Yes, let the cat take over. (They always do,don't they?) Some other happy person can finish the rug!
Thanks for your nice comments on my blog. Have a wonderful week!

I want to start rug hooking, if only so that I can say I'm a hooker. ROFLOL Your cat is adorable. I love orange cats--they have the best personalities.

Love all your Sarah Tobias NRs. YGG!!

Hmmmm .... I never imagined you to be a happy (or unhappy) hooker! Let the beautiful kitty keep his space!

I gave a speech on being a hooker -
that sure was an attention getter.
Then I pulled out my rug. Love the cat.

Oh dear Cari--give that old fabric a ride to the CURB. Don't damage the hands--too precious. You'll need them for your other "Fabulous Creations" I agree with Queen Sister -- just let Cas have the shelf.
