The Ship has Sailed

I signed up for a Stitch-A-Long (SAL) with some new stitching friends. We are stitching Shepherd's Bush - Sail Away together. The link to our blog is on the left side of this blog. I set sail in a big way last night only to discover this morning that I clearly cannot count. So, I jumped ship and rowed back to shore. I frogged the over 1 words (just one of my favorite stitching tasks -- NOT) and prepared to set sail once again this evening. I'm sure I'll do much better because my sweet Jaxon is helping me out!! He's such a great stitching buddy. See how he is holding onto my scissors so they don't fall on the floor? What a good boy he is!

That has to be one of the worst things to do, frogging over one stitching! Good luck tonight! Hope it goes well Cari!

Glad you will be sailing again and not jumping ship! Gotta love your Jax!

Oh, I hate having the frog visit, especially for over one! Hope it goes better next time! I haven't even sorted my threads yet -- bad me!

I was reading your post and laughing under my breath, (not at you, but with you believe me!). Later I had 2 friends over to start this project together. I got wrapped up in their stimulating conversation, and low and behold if when I go to put those flowers in, I'm off as well. At least it wasn't on the words! I don't know if I'm unpicking my mistake! LOL. I guess I should "row back to shore too!"
I'm with Cathy, and I'm really glad your not jumping ship, although if you did, I might join you!
Sheesh.

Looks like Jaxon definitely wants to join in on the fun. UGH on the frogs. Hopefully the rest of your trip will be smooth sailing.
